The proposal to establish 100 new Sainik Schools in collaboration with NGOs, private schools, & state governments has received approval from the Indian government. These schools will be evaluated by class, beginning in the sixth grade. Sainik Schools Society & 19 New Sainik Schools spread across the nation have signed a MoA as part of this project. Ministry of Defence
